Summer is often a time of a slower paced life. Routines change, the days lengthen, and minds often wander into larger dreams and goals. The rhythm of summer often helps my mind to center and new goals to form. Taking walks, reflecting on the year so far and planning for the fall. There is a freedom to the summer air that can make us feel lighter and hopeful. Welcoming the opportunity that the energy of summer offers can really help inspire new ideas and goals. So welcome the shift and let yourself see what the summer shift can open up for you. |
